Reserve the Conference Room

NEED A VENUE TO HOST A MEETING?

Our Conference Room is available by reservation to Chamber Members (free for 2 hours or less once monthly or one full day annually) & non-members for the listed fees.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber & Welcome Center office at 7 First Street NW, Glenwood, MN 56334,  (320) 634-3636, or email us at Chamber@GlenwoodLakesArea.org. 

Once you have made your reservations, please complete the Waiver of Liability (located to the right) and send a copy to the Chamber & Welcome Center (one time per year). Please note that all reservations are final once the Waiver of Liability and payment are received.

RESERVATION FEES:

Chamber Members can reserve the Conference Room courtesy of the Chamber. Non Member fees are as follows:

  • 2 Hours or Less: $25
  • 2-5 Hours: $50
  • 5+ Hours: $100
