Reserve the Conference Room

NEED A VENUE TO HOST A MEETING?

Our Conference Room is available to Chamber Members & non-members, and is open for reservations Monday through Friday, and weekends by appointment.

Once you have made your reservations, please complete the Waiver of Liability (located to the right) and send a copy to the Chamber & Welcome Center (one time per year). Please note that all reservations are final once the Waiver of Liability and payment are received.

RESERVATION FEES:

Chamber Members can reserve the Conference Room courtesy of the Chamber. Non Member fees are as follows:

• 2 Hours or Less: $25
• 2-5 Hours: $50
• 5+ Hours: $100
